- Personalized/custom orders require 3-5 business days for production before shipping
- Complex personalization may require additional processing time
- You will receive email notification when your personalized item enters production
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays
Shipping Methods & Timeframes:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after processing (FREE)
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days after processing ($59.00)
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days after processing ($99.00)
- Rush Production + Overnight Shipping: Production in 1-2 business days + next day delivery ($99.00)
Shipping Restrictions:
- We ship to all 50 states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories
- International shipping is not available for personalized products
