Quality Guarantee for Personalized Items
Defective or Error Exceptions:
If we make an error in your personalization, we will replace the item at no cost
Manufacturing defects unrelated to personalization qualify for replacement
If your item arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost
Evidence of damage or defect (photos) must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
To Report a Defect or Error:
Contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order
Include your order number and detailed description of the issue
Attach clear photos showing the defect or error
Our team will review your claim within 1-2 business days
Resolution Options:
Replacement of the personalized item with corrected version (with free shipping)
Store credit if replacement is not possible
